The plan as first written
Nick opens the Hub and his work day is there: his email answered by writing the reply and clicking Send, his Slack used exactly like Slack, every card small and readable and clearable, nothing showing as waiting that he already handled, nothing ever overdue, and the system's own notices written like a person wrote them.
