An approved project is bound to its one authoritative file and mapped status page before its card rests in Backlog; its agent then claims, updates, moves, pauses, and hands it to human review through one recoverable loop. File, card mirror, working thread, and human page converge after every run, and only the human owner can move the card to Done.
